Welcome to SPIRITT Family Services website. For more than 39 years SPIRITT has been committed to strengthening families as they journey through some of life's most difficult challenges (issues of substance abuse, child abuse, violence or trauma, and mental illness). Our Five Family Centers are locations were families can find support and hope. We recognize that "family" can be the fulfillment of one's life and the anguish of one's existence when problems arise. No two families are identical, so our approach centers on the individual families' needs. Families are able to access resource opportunities in an atmosphere of respect and partnership.

As native of the San Gabriel Valley, I understand the needs of these communities. As a wife and mother of four residing in the community, I know the importance of accessing quality services specifically for a child blessed with special differences and gifts. I am extremely proud of SPIRITT's qualified and compassionate staff - which shares the values of REPECT, RESPONSIBILITY, RESOURCFULNESS, and RESILIENCY and committed to RECOVERY.

In closing, I would like to extend an invitation for you to participate in our next collaborative community meeting and begin to make a difference in the lives of children, youth, and parents - community. Our responsibility as the Board of Directors is to ensure that SPIRITT Family Services continues to provide exemplary services in the goal of preservation of the family unit, now and in the future. We are tasked with guiding the direction and future planning for SPIRITT Family Services by supporting our excellent Staff & Executive Director, and seeing that they have the tools and resources to fulfill their role in guiding the recovery of the families they so ably serve.
